We also offer custom services such as building specialized AI agents for your specific needs, connecting our platform with your unique CRM setup, integrating with your preferred communication channels, and providing technical support to get everything working perfectly for your business.
Our platform is designed for businesses and professionals who want to automate their lead calling and customer engagement. You need to be at least 18 years old and have the authority to make decisions for your business. We ask that you provide accurate information when setting up your account and keep your login credentials secure.
Since our services are designed for business use, we expect that you're using our platform for legitimate business purposes and that you understand your responsibilities when it comes to contacting leads and potential customers.
Understanding our billing system is important because it affects how you use our platform and manage your budget.
Everything runs on prepaid credits. Before you can start making calls or using our services, you need to purchase credits in advance. These credits get used up as your AI agents make calls, process data, and perform other tasks. The great news is that your credits never expire, so you can buy them when it's convenient and use them whenever you need them.
We also offer subscription plans that give you access to premium features and higher usage limits. Like credits, all subscription fees are paid in advance. Whether you choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing, you pay upfront for the entire period.
All payments are final. This is really important to understand: we don't offer refunds on credits or subscription fees. However, we automatically delete most data after 180 days of inactivity, including call recordings and conversation logs. Each third-party service has its own terms and conditions that apply to their portion of the service. You own all the content and data you provide. Your lead lists, CRM data, call recordings, and any other information you upload or generate through the platform belongs to you. We strive for high availability but can't guarantee that our platform will be available 100% of the time. You can cancel anytime by closing your account through the platform. However, remember that we don't provide refunds for unused credits or prepaid subscriptions. Your credits will remain available if you decide to reactivate your account later.
We may terminate accounts in cases of serious violations, such as illegal use of the platform, consistently violating our terms, not paying required fees, or extended periods of inactivity. We'll always try to work with you to resolve issues before taking this step.
When an account closes, access to the platform stops immediately, and your data will be deleted according to our standard retention policy. Any unused credits or subscription time is forfeited, which is why we recommend using credits regularly rather than letting them sit unused.
As our platform evolves and legal requirements change, we may need to update these terms.
